  • Refund request must be submitted within 3 days of subscription activation

Refund Process

  2. 2. Include: account email, subscription type, and brief reason (optional)

  4. 4. Refunds are issued through Google Play to your original payment method
  5. 5. Bank processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your provider

What Is Not Refundable

  • ✗Subscriptions older than 3 days from activation
  • ✗Partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • ✗Refunds based on trading losses or market performance
  • ✗Refunds for signals that didn't result in profits
  • ✗"Change of mind" requests after the 3-day period

Since all subscriptions are processed through Google Play, you must cancel through your Google Play account:

  4. 4. Click "Cancel Subscription"

After Cancellation

  • ✓You'll continue to have access until the current billing period ends
  • ✓No further charges will be made
  • ✓Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • ✓You can resubscribe at any time

Immediate Cancellation

If you want to cancel AND request a refund, follow the refund process above within 3 days of activation.

Account Closure
